What better place to participate in experiential
learning than the out-of-doors. Using nature metaphors,
initiative games like Wild River Crossing, Mystery Boxes,
Balance Beam and others. Discover your leadership,
communication and trust skills. Challenge yourself and
your team on unique outdoor adventure activities. All the
while in the capable hands of your professional

Group drumming is a cutting edge team building experience used
effectively in a variety of environments for stress release, synchronization of
thought processes, intuitive development and the dissolving of racial, cultural,
gender and age barriers. It’s also a great deal of fun!!
Regardless of how participants enter into the drum circle experience,
they consistently emerge refreshed, inspired and enthused. A drum circle is a
spontaneous, enjoyable bonding activity which is good medicine for tired bodies
and anxious minds.
We provide drum experiences as part of an integrated team building
experience or as shorter energizers. Any group size can be accommodated.

leadership, planning and cooperation. This unique program
has been developed by a doctor in adult education and can
have more or less facilitation involved depending on your

Had enough of the leadership jargon of the week? Join
a seasoned leadership coach and discover how to lead from
the middle, back or front. Effortlessly, learn the
essential components of leadership and followship
while on an enjoyable outdoor adventure.

Several adult initiative games set up as different stations
in an indoor or outdoor setting. Your teams rotate through a
series of challenges. Can be designed as competitive or coopertive. Activities adapted to
the group and the season that can be set up in any
weather. Unique, new and exciting!

Good traditional fun involving log sawing, log toss,
canoe drag and other fun and safe "Northwoods"
activities. A great way to blow off steam after a series of meetings!

Involves setting up several stations with activities
that require problem solving. These may be physical or
intellectual or both. The participants must decide which
activities they can complete in the time allotted and are
awarded points accordingly. More points for difficult
challenges and less points for simple ones.

Participants are given instructions, clues and radio
beacons. With these tools you navigate through an area to
different "treasure" locations. You’ll
know you’re getting close when your beacon starts
beeping. Each location will have instructions for an item
you need to bring back to prove that you were at the
location. Can be done with headlamps at night
as well.

Your teams enter the woods with compasses and
"route-find" to seek out clues and prizes that
lead to a common goal. Modified to suit the needs of the

formulate plans, follow clues, read maps, recover gear
and build a shelter to assist your team in thriving and
